Integrate Into Existing Networks Easily
The ES-1528 Web Managed extra smart Ethernet switch includes 24 fast Ethernet copper ports plus 4 Gigabit uplinks (2 1000 Base-T ports + 2 SFP Mini-GBIC slots) to provide 12.8 Gbps of non-blocking connection power.
The flexible multi function design means the switch can integrate easily nto any network. By utilising the 4G uplink and port aggregation functionality, the bandwidth on critical paths can provide resilience by merging multiple traffic pipelines into single logical ones, increasing network stability dramatically.
Simple Management With Web GUI
Inclusion of a streamlined intuitive web GUI simplifies the setup of features and configuration such as 802.1Q VLAN, 802.1p traffic priority and static port aggregation. The setup allows these to be implemented remotely as well as locally.
Smart features such as “Auto DoS” and “Auto VoIP” allow hassle free setup of security features and creation of VoIP friendly/Secure networks.
Robust Security
Auto DoS attack prevention features protect against DoS attacks. A few clicks of the mouse are all that is required to initiate the protection features.
Supporting 802.1Q VLAN for traffic isolation, as well as Static MAC forwarding and dynamic ARP allows a strictly protected network to be created.
One Click Setup: Auto VoIP, QoS And Bandwidth Management
Auto VoIP reduces the time required to setup VoIP on a network. It works by identifying VoIP packet patterns and then grants the highest priority to establish a VoIP-friendly communication.
"Auto VoIP" also offers IP telephony without the configuration headaches. Featuring four priority queues and a weighted fair queueing scheduling algorithm, the ES-1528 Web Managed extra smart Ethernet switch allows administrators to optimise network bandwidth usage and maintain quality of service.
The ES-1528 allows administrators to tailor bandwidth management and switch interconnections by choosing from several options and selecting the most appropriate one click of the mouse.
